MUNICH FABRIC START

MunichFabricStart is a biannual meeting (February and September) central to the fashion industry in Germany. It is devoted to manufacturers of accessories, clothing and fashion for men, women, children and teenagers.

760 exhibitors
15,000 visitors, 30% of which from abroad (from 56 different countries)

Espace Textile campaign:

Espace Textile joined forces with Tisslaine, its namesake in the North of France, to promote French textiles and fashion in Munich. In this way, approximately twenty companies benefitted from a large communication and promotion programme with the promotion of their products at the show.

MODA IN/ MILANO UNICA, Milan

Moda In, a large biannual Italian textile show, is organizing its shows each year in February and September. Since September 2005, Moda In and 4 other important Italian textile shows (Idealbiella, Ideacomo, Prato Expo, Shirt Avenue) have joined together to create the new Italian International Textile Show: Milano Unica.

543 exhibitors, 30% of which from abroad
And 24,000 visitors 6,300 of whom from abroad (26%)

Espace Textile campaign:

Each year, approximately twenty French exhibitors united under the Espace Textile banner with the support of Tisslaine France Promotion. By coming together in this way, the French exhibitors benefitted from a large communication and promotion campaign, but also considerable financial support.

GLOBALTEX, Los Angeles

The new large Californian bi-annual meeting (April and October) for the upmarket textile industry. GlobalTex L.A. gives a full panorama of the trends and innovative ideas in the textile industry.

1st show: April 2009 in the Los Angeles Convention Centre
300 exhibitors from all over the world
4,000 visitors.

Espace Textile campaign:

In 2009, Espace Textile accompanied 15 French textile manufacturers on each meeting, in spite of a difficult economic context. The French products were promoted through a dress show, a staged presentation of French fabrics, designer dresses, a “French Savoir-Faire” seminar, etc.

PREMIERE VISION, Paris

Leading international fabric show for clothing. The industry meets biannually in February and September.

700 weavers from 28 countries present their collections
50,000 visitors from the industry from 106 different nationalities

Espace Textile campaign:

With every show, Espace Textile accompanies about fifty manufacturers from Rhône Alpes free of charge, and shows their products, in a range of different trends, on a stand dedicated to their promotion. This has made the Espace Textile stand a real forum for French trends, where the best known names in the industry are represented.
