Visitors to the semi-annual global trade fair for safety and protection in the workplace will have the opportunity to witness the expertise of the Rhône Alpes region under the “Espace Textile” umbrella. With 2 new participants this time around in the form of Diatex and Trouillet, companies from the Rhône Alpes region will exhibit their latest products at the A+A trade fair in Düsseldorf from 3rd to 6th November 2009 and will be located in the France Pavilion in Hall 9.
At the cutting-edge of innovation and research & development in the technical textiles industry, the region will once again be well-represented by a selection of companies specialising in protective clothing for individuals. These companies enjoy recognised expertise in this industry and create and market highly-resistant (to fire, discharge and electrical phenomena) and innovative technical products but also design corporate clothing and workwear.
The performance achieved in the Rhône-Alpes region is the result of significant collaboration consisting of bringing together companies, research centres, technical resources and institutions, from control of the raw materials through to the marketing of the product.
